American Bottoms is a separate company from your water company and your sewer company. American Bottoms accounts are automatically created when you open an account with your water company.

We mail bills every month. You will get one or more of these types of bills.
- Brown & White postcard bill – when you live in our service area, you’ll get this bill every month. This monthly bill includes treatment charges, past due amounts, and fees. Non-payment on this bill will result in termination of your water services.
- Blue & White postcard bill – this represents monies that have been turned over to collections. You can set up agreements on these bills. If these go unpaid, law suits and liens can result.
- Brown & White Owner notifications – these are mailed to owners whose tenants are delinquent.
